Job or work means the task in which people are trained and able to produce good quality of output. To produce quality output it is necessary to provide all necessary resources like working environment, basic training, basic tools, etc. But it not that much easy to provide quality good always and main reason is “stress”. People are working under pressure and because of it just producing the output but of stress people are losing quality of work and passion towards their job. It’s very important to reduce stress from our workplace for success and in this article I will help you with some tips and tricks which surely help you in this. This article give you answer of how to manage stress at work, how can employers reduce stress in the workplace, strategies for managing stress in the workplace, stress management in the workplace ,etc.


Employer Role- Encourage employees
As we all known that it’s really difficult to find good and happy moment from our life now days because of neck to neck competition into market. The concept of “Grow together” is finished few places only we can see this otherwise everyone wants to grow individually. When we talk about stress at workplace, employer plays a very important role in it. Employer can manage their employees work stress. There are few ways by which an employer can help their employees during stress:


  Ø  Work Hierarchy:  Clear the work and responsibilities of their employees. If everyone know what their responsibilities are, can helps you to reduce conflicts and people can reach out to correct person on particular problem.

  Ø  Rewards & Recognition:  Appreciate the good work done by employees. A small appreciation can motivate lots of employees. Provide some gift and rewards for their good work and encourage other employees as well.

      Ø Consults on bad time: If any employee feels stress and its effect work, please communicate with employee and try to understand the problem and provide the best solution. Try to change the mind of employee and tell them how important they are.
       
       Professionals are who regularly deals with a stressful environment. And I’m not telling that stress is always bad, little bit stress is required because it helps to stay focus on work. But when stress starts interfering into your work then its right time to take proper action for it. Because over stress can spoil your work as well as health. So it’s very much important to reduce work stress time to time. 

 Here I’m going to share some tips and tricks which really help you to reduce stress while working. I just hope you will try this and get some positive effect from this because it helps me a lot personally:

Plan your work:  We all know that we have lots of work at office but you should able to prioritize it. If you work in organized way, easily you will finish it without any stress.

Do Smart Work: Doing always hard work is not necessary. In today’s world employers are focus on those employees who works smartly because the output come faster and with good quality. (Read smart work verses hard work)

Don’t compare yourself:  Golden rule of happy life is do not compare yourself with others. Everyone having their unique quality and it is unfair to compare different quality people together.

       Asking for Help: If you unable to understand the work don’t hesitate in asking helps from your colleague or supervisor. I’m sure everyone will ready to help you and because of one small helps your stress will run away and a healthy professional relationship also build between you and colleague. 

      I know stress can’t go completely from our life but at least

Professional Email or Business Email Writing Skill

Email writing is the one of the most important communication tool. In the corporate world, email is not only use for communication purpose but also use as documentations purpose. So writing an email is a skill and many people don’t know how to write a professional email or business email writing.
Why we need to know email skill? Why email skill is more important? Email is important because it reflecting image of you and your company. So below are the few things which you need to keep in mind while writing an email:
      ·        Professional emails shouldn’t be epic in length.
·        Be respectful of yours reader’s time.
·        Remember to say “please” and “thank you.”
·        Fill subject line with the topic on which whole email about.
·    Don’t use all CAPITAL words. It reflects as writer is shouting on reader.
·    Don’t use short form of any words, like Please – Plz, Laughing out Loud – LOL, etc.
·      Response to an email on time is important. If you need more then 24 hours to collect information or make a decision, send a brief response explaining the delay.
·    Add a signature block with appropriate contact information, like your name, Business address and phone number.

Writing an email is an art. Email may contain following part/elements or format
of an email:

          ·        Subject Line
           ·       Salutation (Greeting)
          ·        Body of Email
           ·        Signature


Subject Line

Subject is more important in email writing. Subject line is like topic of your email. While reading subject line people put your email as urgent, important, acknowledge order. Please avoid subject line start by “Re”.

Salutation

Opening of an email should be with a greeting and a name. It’s like giving respect to the reader. Few greeting people generally use like, Good Morning Sam, Hi John, etc. It is very much important because sometimes a good greeting can change the reader’s mood/feelings.

Body Of Letter

Don't write your content in one paragraph. It looks boring while reading and might be chance of reader not interested to read full email or reader miss out some important information about the email.

The body of your letter will include several paragraphs. And if you fell that you have more content to write an email then I personally suggest you to put things into point. It will save reader's time and reader can understand the matter/content easily.

At the end be sure that the purpose of your letter clear. The reader will need to known what you are asking for and how they can help you.

Signature

Don’t just end up with your email because sender needs some assistance from receiver. Close your email in a formal way like "Best regards" or "Sincerely" which is followed by a comma, then your signature if you're sending a typed letter.

Reliance RCom GSM ShutDown 2017


Problem - answers and solutions
Latest news from RCom, going to be discontinuing providing voice services to the subscribers. This information provided by Trai (The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India). According to Trai RCom only provide 4G data services to their customers from 1st December, 2017. Even they have mentioned closure of company's DTH business once it's license get expires on 21st November, 2017.

Reason:

RCom getting huge loss and not able to manage their debt amount. Main reason behind is RCom, reeling under debt of around Rs 46,000 crore.

To Do:

The customers of RCom can switch to other networks and RCom will not reject their porting request. Regulator directed to all other telecom operators to accept the port request of RCom till 31st December, 2017.

According to RCom, they informed Trai that it is providing 2G and 4G services in eight telecom circles of Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Maharashtra, UP East and West, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala. Mentioned states can still enjoy their services but I don’t think so they will provide their services in same manner or few changes will come into their plans.


So my friends switch to other networks as soon as possible to continue with same mobile number otherwise, might be a chance of losing your old number along with network.
