Job or work means the task in which people are trained and able to produce good quality of output. To produce quality output it is necessary to provide all necessary resources like working environment, basic training, basic tools, etc. But it not that much easy to provide quality good always and main reason is “stress”. People are working under pressure and because of it just producing the output but of stress people are losing quality of work and passion towards their job. It’s very important to reduce stress from our workplace for success and in this article I will help you with some tips and tricks which surely help you in this. Employer Role- Encourage employees
As we all known that it’s really difficult to find good and happy moment from our life now days because of neck to neck competition into market. The concept of “Grow together” is finished few places only we can see this otherwise everyone wants to grow individually. When we talk about stress at workplace, employer plays a very important role in it. Employer can manage their employees work stress. There are few ways by which an employer can help their employees during stress:


  Ø  Work Hierarchy:  Clear the work and responsibilities of their employees. If everyone know what their responsibilities are, can helps you to reduce conflicts and people can reach out to correct person on particular problem.

  Ø  Rewards & Recognition:  Appreciate the good work done by employees. A small appreciation can motivate lots of employees. Provide some gift and rewards for their good work and encourage other employees as well.

      Ø Consults on bad time: If any employee feels stress and its effect work, please communicate with employee and try to understand the problem and provide the best solution. Try to change the mind of employee and tell them how important they are.
       
       Professionals are who regularly deals with a stressful environment. And I’m not telling that stress is always bad, little bit stress is required because it helps to stay focus on work. But when stress starts interfering into your work then its right time to take proper action for it. Because over stress can spoil your work as well as health. So it’s very much important to reduce work stress time to time. 

 Here I’m going to share some tips and tricks which really help you to reduce stress while working. I just hope you will try this and get some positive effect from this because it helps me a lot personally:

Plan your work:  We all know that we have lots of work at office but you should able to prioritize it. If you work in organized way, easily you will finish it without any stress.

Do Smart Work: Doing always hard work is not necessary. In today’s world employers are focus on those employees who works smartly because the output come faster and with good quality. (Read smart work verses hard work)

Don’t compare yourself:  Golden rule of happy life is do not compare yourself with others. Everyone having their unique quality and it is unfair to compare different quality people together.

       Asking for Help: If you unable to understand the work don’t hesitate in asking helps from your colleague or supervisor. I’m sure everyone will ready to help you and because of one small helps your stress will run away and a healthy professional relationship also build between you and colleague. 

      I know stress can’t go completely from our life but at least
we can try to reduce as much as possible. Less stress leads us towards successful and healthy life. Life and work both are more important, maintain a proper balance between them.
